1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system. It's not allowed to place any spam or reflinks in the forum. Spam and reflinks will be deleted.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) Members must be able to read and understand english. Support-Tickets must be written in english. German or tagalog is allowed also, otherwise they will not be answered.
11) If a member want to cancel the account, just place a support ticket. But do it careful, all earnings will be lost.
12) Important Admin-News are posted in the forum at "News and Updates from Admin". It's a MUST for every member to read this news. Every member must register to the forum with the same username like in HalfDollarThousandHits.com
13) Payment Rules:
• Payout requests can be made once every week until saturday 18:00:00 servertime. Payments will be done on the next sunday during the day.
• When a member received a payment, a payment proof must be posted (before next payout request) in the forum. If the proof is not posted, the member will not receive the next payment.
• Members who invest by Paypal must use Paypal and members who invest by Alertpay must use Alertpay for request payout.
14) Inactive accounts will be automaticelly deleted every month. A member is inactive, when not signed in once a month.
15) We remain the right to adjust the settings for payrates and/or minimum payouts if necessary. Also with the maximal numbers of direct and rented refs.
16) We remain the right to change in our terms and conditions as per the requirements of the business and remain the right to modify the product features sold already or available currently
17) The site can be closed at any time and no refunds for memberships, Add funds, renting referrals will be made for any type of purchase investments or similar things. We are no way responsible for the losses if any occurs.

19) Framekillers are not allowed. Only exception: Supporting advertisements from admin, if there is enough capacity of running advertisements. This advertisements are marked with "Supporting ad - No credits - Please click anyway"
20) For any payments only verified Paypal/Alertpay-Accounts are allowed. Payout Requests to and payments from an unverified account of Paypal or Alertpay will be denied.
21) Members, who upgrade from memberships *Beginner" or "Runner" to "Investor" or "Profi", must transfer the account balance to the purchase balance. If they don't, the transfer will be made by the admin.
22) Clickrates and Upgrade prices are calculated and corrected, if necessary, every two weeks, about 1th and 15th of every month.
